ご入金確認後、原則として3営業日以内に発送いたします。
For shipped items, delivery is usually made within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
店頭受け取りをご希望の場合は、即日対応も可能です。

■ 返品・キャンセルについて / Returns & Cancellations

当店で扱う商品はすべて中古・一点物の貴金属・宝飾品です。
そのため、お客様都合による返品・交換・キャンセルはお受けいたしかねます。
All products are second-hand and unique. Therefore, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for customer convenience are not accepted.

ただし、以下の場合は誠意をもって対応いたします：
However, we will handle the following cases with sincerity:
1. 商品説明と明らかに異なる場合 / The item differs significantly from the description
2. 誤配送または破損があった場合 / Incorrect or damaged delivery

上記に該当する場合は、商品到着後3日以内にご連絡ください。
If any of the above applies, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.

■ 買取・査定に関するキャンセル / Purchase & Appraisal Cancellations
1. 査定金額にご納得いただけない場合、キャンセル可能です。
　You may cancel if you are not satisfied with the appraised value.
2. 査定後の返送をご希望の場合、返送料はお客様負担となります。
　If you request a return after appraisal, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
3. ご承諾後の買取契約キャンセルはお受けできません。
　Cancellations after the purchase agreement is finalized are not accepted.
